Not quite right? Return unused items within 15 days for a full refund.
How it works
- Start a return below or from your account within 15 days of delivery.
- We'll email you a prepaid returns label and simple instructions.
- Pop your items back in their original packaging and send them off.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
Return conditions
- Unused items only — items must be unused and in their original packaging. Used items cannot be returned.
- Faulty items — if your item arrives faulty, let us know within 2 days of receiving it and we'll exchange it for you.
- Video proof required — please record a clear unboxing video, starting before the parcel is opened. This video is required for any return or faulty-item claim — without it, we're unable to accept the return. This policy protects genuine customers and keeps our prices fair.
